2008-2009 Washington Youth Soccer Premier League Online Application

Girls U15 through Girls U19 Spring League

The girls U15 through U19 WSPL and WSYDL season will take place beginning the first weekend in February and wind up April 6, 2008. To ensure the correct seeding for State Cups and determine relegation implications for WSPL, each team will be required to play every team once in a seven game round robin. After week seven, the top four teams and bottom four teams from each division will be grouped together for the remaining three seasonal games. While the points due accumulate for all games, during the last three game round robin the top group of four teams will finish in no less than fourth place with the bottom group finishing no higher than fifth place. The final league results will provide both the top two teams for State Cup seeding and the bottom two teams for potential relegation.

Girls U15-U18 Relegation League Placement

The bottom two teams from a division and top two teams of a lower division will be pair against one another in the US Youth Soccer Washington State Championship Tournament.  After playing each team once the two top teams can move on in State Cup and advance in the upper division the next league season.  Any one of these teams choosing not to participate in the Championships Tournament would relegate themselves for next years league play. *This does NOT apply for the bottom Washington Youth Soccer Premier League Division 3 teams or the top teams of the Washington Youth Developmental League who must attend the League Placement Tournament to re-qualify for the Premier League.
